SERIOUSLY NERDY COMEDY
a long time ago…
Dave is a Washington, DC-based professional museum nerd and amateur science/sci-fi geek. He is also a retired combat veteran who has the curious distinction of having served in the US Navy, the MD Army National Guard, and Air Force.
He is a graduate of the Armed Services Arts Partnership’s comedy bootcamp, and continues to instruct comedy classes for veterans, servicemembers, and military family as part of ASAP’s mission. He also teaches classes for the Wounded Warrior Project.
Dave also performs in character as a Star Trek “red shirt” and as Star Trek: The Next Generation’s Commander Data.
Dave is probably watching Star Wars or Star Trek right now. Or reading “the Murderbot Diaries.” Or playing video games. He’s a nerd.
